Vypracujeme těsto, vykrajujeme lístky (trochu vyšší, neslepují se). Upečeme, polijeme bílou čokoládou (rozpustím ve vodní lázni bílou čokoládu s kouskem 100% tuku a metličkou vyšlehám) a sypeme sekanými pistáciemi a zeleným kokosem.

		<description><![CDATA[2 dl bílků, 450 g mletého cukru, 1 malá lžička merunkové marmelady – vyšlehat v páře, vmíchat 250 g kokosu, 1 lžíci octa, trochu citronové kůry. 
Stříkat na papír kokosky a pomalu sušit v troubě při 100°C. Slepovat máslovým krémem a meruňkovou marmeladou s lineckým kolečkem, spodek máčet v čokoládě.

Vypracujeme těsto, vykrajujeme tvary,necháme usušit. Pak slepujeme růžovým krémem s pečeným stejným tvarem, nahoru dáme tečku krému a 1/2 mandle.
